Shipping Policy

Welcome to Christ's District's shipping & returns section. Here, we aim to provide you with clear and transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. Our commitment is to use plain, straightforward language to build trust and ensure that our customers remain loyal.

 

- Orders take 2 – 7 days to be completed, this is fully dependent on the item(s)

ordered.

- Christ’s district delivers its goods using Uber’s Courier Bike services.

- Once the order is completed communication will be sent to the customer

through Instagram/WhatsApp/Email. Once communication is made to the

customer the Uber courier bike will be requested to deliver the item(s) to the

customer’s stated location.

- The customer will be sent a link, so they are able to track their order

- The customer must ensure that there is someone available to receive their order

upon the Courrier Bike’s arrival.

- The amount charged for the delivery costs depends on the buyer’s location. The

further a buyer’s location is, the more the delivery costs they will be obligated to

pay.

- Christ’s district only deliverers orders Monday – Saturday, between the times of

9am and 5pm (SAST)

- We operate locally, within the Johannesburg area

- If a customer’s order arrives damaged, we will take full responsibility, we will

replace the item(s) free of charge (terms and conditions apply).


We believe in keeping things simple and direct. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the shipping process as smooth as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Christ's District, we understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your peace of mind. Whether you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. Our straightforward refund or exchange policy is aimed at building trust and reassuring you that you can shop with confidence.

 

- As most of our product catalogue is custom made and hand made to order

Christ’s District does not offer full refunds on any of our products on the basis

of:

‘Change of mind’ - you decide you that don’t want the product anymore. This is

because the item(s) are uniquely tailored to the specific customer and they

cannot be resold to anyone else.

Unless:

- You receive completely different item(s) from the one(s) you ordered

- If the item(s) you received are defective (i.e. a component of said item is not fully

functional) for example you receive a bag with a defective zipper. We will replace

the items free of charge, as long as the customer can provide evidence that

item(s) where damaged before they received them.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER ALREADY DELIVERED AND RECIEVED

- If the customer would like to add or remove certain details from your item(s) they

may contact us with your request and we will communicate whether the change

is feasible or not.

- The customer may or may not be additionally charged for the change requested

on your order.

- The customer may or may not be charged an additional cost for delivery of the

adjusted item.
